Field
Raw honey
Field honey is collected by bees in mid-summer from field wildflowers (such as cornflower, bluebell, thyme, rapeseed, yellow vetch, St. John's wort, white vetch, clover, thistle, sage, etc.). It may also include early sunflower in its composition. The color ranges from light golden to light amber, sometimes with a greenish tint. The taste of field honey is delicate, slightly sweet, and has pleasant floral notes without being overly intense.
