Homemade Ice Cream with Just Two Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 200 g heavy cream (at least 30% fat, well chilled)
- 100 g sweetened condensed milk (can be plain or caramelized)

For the sauce:
Choco Honey Spiced Liqueur or Choco Honey Armagnac & Cloves Instructions:
1. Prepare the cream:
- In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a mixer on high speed until it reaches a creamy consistency.
2. Combine with condensed milk:
- Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. Freeze:
- Pour the mixture into ice cream molds or a freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Place in the freezer and let it freeze for about 3-5 hours until solid.
Optional Add-ins:
- Feel free to add any ingredients you like, such as bananas, cocoa powder, or shredded coconut. If using sweet fruits, reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk to adjust the sweetness.
Before serving, top with Choco Honey Spiced Liqueur sauce or top Choco Honey Armagnac & Cloves sauce.
